In 2024, the studio celebrated its 10th anniversary with a rebrand to mark this milestone and reconnect with its core values. Over time, the brand had lost some of its meaning and identity, prompting a fresh, strategic approach.
The project
To realign with its audience, we designed a detailed project plan divided into seven key milestones, each with additional supporting steps.
Strategy workshop
A pivotal part of the process was the strategy workshop. Across two collaborative sessions with the owners, we defined the core concepts that shaped the brand’s new voice and direction.
The outcome was a comprehensive Brand Voice book, which included:
– The brand’s vision, mission, and core principles.
– An analysis of strengths and weaknesses.
– A target persona to define the ideal audience.
– Guidelines for personality and tone of voice.
This Brand Voice book now serves as a foundation for clear, consistent, and authentic communication.
